Stand construction
Note
All equipment and decoration elements are provided for rent by MONTAZNIK.
The exhibitors are prohibited to cover the exhibition equipment and stand elements with any self-adhesive films, including construction adhesive tape, as well as to perform any mechanical or other actions leading to damage of the exhibition equipment, namely: drilling, fixing elements of artwork belonging to the exhibitor to the stand elements with screws, self-tapping screws, construction adhesive tape, etc. The exhibitors are allowed to attach materials belonging to them to the exhibition equipment and wall panels only with office transparent tapes. It is prohibited to fence the perimeter of the stand with any adhesive tape.

Independent construction:
In order to obtain a permit for the construction of stands at Timiryazev Centre, it is required to undergo a technical documentation verification procedure at ArtCapital. Note:
- Replacement of equipment with other equipment, its use at other stands and refund of funds for unused equipment included in the standard set are not provided.
- The files for printing must be provided in accordance with the established requirements.
- The CUSTOMER is responsible for spelling errors in the provided frieze inscriptions.
- The customer's logos are produced for a fee according to the price list of «MONTAZHNIK COMPANY»
- SPOT 50W lamps and socket blocks are installed only around the perimeter of the frieze part of the stand. In all other cases of the arrangement of fixtures and sockets, their installation is considered as additional work and is calculated in accordance with the prices indicated in the Price List for additional services (works) and equipment.
- Additional equipment is provided according to the price list of «MONTAZHNIK COMPANY».
All equipment and decorative elements are provided on a rental basis.
