New cost-effective multilayer machine
BULLMER is one of the leaders in the production of automated cutting systems.
Matek, the official distributor of BULLMER, will present the flagship model D8002S, which is already installed at many of the largest enterprises in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

A new industrial printer for direct printing on finished products will be shown for the first time in Russia
Velles has been working on the market of equipment for the textile and garment industry since 1992. For many years, the company has not missed any editions of INLEGMASH, always showing new equipment.
In 2025, as part of its VELLES DIGITAL business line, the company will show a new industrial printer for direct-to-garment printing on finished products – the VELLES iStream VDG-34F – for the first time in Russia. This textile printer works with Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology and allows printing on T-shirts, sweatshirts and cut elements. It prints with water-based pigment inks using Japanese Fujifilm Dimatix Starfire printheads, which are service industrial printheads known for long life and extreme reliability.
The printer is available in two versions: a CMYK+W colour gamut with three printheads and a CMYK version with two printheads. The industrial printer has two default worktables with a working area of 38 x 50 cm. Options include a large 60 x 80cm table for working with cut elements, two 29 x 42 cm tables for working with smaller t-shirts and four 25 x 38 cm tables for children's products or logos. A professional CADLINK RIP is included. It prints at a resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. The print speed at this resolution is up to 70 prints per hour on coloured fabrics with a white backing of 28 x 28 cm and up to 90 light products without white backing. The printer is equipped with a white ink recycling system and an industrial continuous ink delivery system, which is mounted on a heavy-duty wheeled stand table. The cost of consumables allows for an economical cost per print. To increase the brightness of printing on white products, you can use a primer and get colours comparable to those when using a white ink substrate. The printhead feature makes it easy to print on sweatshirts and uneven products, as the Fujifilm printhead’s print height can be up to 8mm.
The VELLES iStream VDG-34F DTG printer will be presented together with the Schulze Pretreatmaker 5 primer machine and the VELLES VP4060ADPS-N pneumatic automatic two-table thermo press. The stand of Velles will be located in Pavilion No. 2, Hall 1, Stand 21D40.
