Inlegmash 2024 features a Sewing Territory interactive space
A Sewing Territory interactive space has been opened by EXPOCENTRE AO and Sole Proprietor Taran A.V. with the support of Prosewbusiness OOO, Sew Syndicate and Sew Accelerator within the 23rd International Exhibition for Equipment for the Textile and Garment Industry – INLEGMASH 2024. The event will allow everyone to take part in thematic masterclasses and business games, get a lot of useful information from different experts, ask them questions, study new sewing equipment, and see it in action.
The event was opened by Kamila Konakbiyeva, a founder of the Poshiv KK sewing factory. She spoke about how to get support and funding from the state to launch a sewing factory and her personal experience of starting a tailoring business. It was difficult, there were mistakes from which the speaker learnt lessons and shared them with the audience. She also noted that such events as the Sewing Territory allow to acquire useful contacts and build mutually beneficial relationships.
In his speech, Nikita Kurbashnov, an owner of the UBUL sewing manufactory, pointed out the tools that would help sewing workshops find regular customers and gave a number of practical tips for novice manufacturers. According to him, as big foreign brands have left the Russian market, while demand for domestic products is increasing, the best time to start your own sewing business is now.
The interactive space will be open until 14 March. The extensive conference programme of the Sewing Territory includes various events aimed at helping to solve the complex problems of the garment business. Today's events include lectures on government support measures for the industry, useful business tips and establishing communication with customers. Masterclasses will show the audience the technologies of sewing sportswear with the help of modern equipment. At the end of the day there will be a useful business game "Sewing Way", which will offer the management of enterprises ready-made effective solutions for implementation in production in the shortest possible time.
In the following days, the intense conference programme will continue. One can come to the Sewing Territory to take part in a masterclass on technological equipment for increasing the speed and quality of sewing clothes, listen to lectures on the introduction of artificial intelligence in the sewing industry, learn how to promote their clothing brand and find loyal customers, receive life hacks and techniques for working on equipment that increase the productivity of sewing work clothes and much more.
